Arson investigator has been charged with brandishing a gun at a woman in a Sunset Beach bar, a violation of Penal Code §417(a)(2)(A). After the investigator had entered a plea of not guilty on September 24, 2010, the case has been heard several times in the West Justice Center for mostly pre-trial conferences. The next scheduled conference is set for the 24th of February in the same court. If convicted, the man stands to face a minimum of 90 days jail to a maximum of one year.
